Refund Policy

The short version

Our products are instant digital downloads, so — like most digital goods — they're generally non-refundable once delivered. But we never want you stuck with something broken. If there's a genuine problem, email us and we'll make it right. 🤍

We'll happily help if…

• The file won't open or download, or arrived corrupted
• You were charged twice or bought the same item by mistake
• You received the wrong product
• The template is materially not as described on the listing

In those cases we'll fix the file, re-send it, or arrange a refund — whatever gets you sorted.

We generally can't refund…

• "I changed my mind" or "I bought it by accident but it works fine" (the file can't be un-downloaded)
• "I don't have Google Sheets / Excel" — please check the listing requirements before buying
• Buyer's remorse after the file has been downloaded and used

Before you buy, the free tools and product photos are there to give you a clear preview of what you're getting.

How to reach us

Email hello@sageandsum.com with your order number (from Etsy or Gumroad) and a quick note about what went wrong. Because we keep support light and async, we usually reply within a few business days.

Platform policies

Purchases are completed and refunded through the platform you bought from — Etsy or Gumroad — and any refund is issued there, to your original payment method. Their buyer-protection policies also apply to your order. Payments are processed by StarQuest Marketing LTDA.
