1. Acceptance
By using this website, our free tools, or by purchasing a Sage & Sum template, you agree to these terms. Sage & Sum is operated by StarQuest Marketing LTDA, which also processes payments for our products.
2. What you're buying
Our products are digital downloads — spreadsheet templates (Google Sheets / Excel) and printables. When you buy, you receive an instant download of the file through the platform you purchased from (Etsy or Gumroad). There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
3. Your license
You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Use the template for your own personal or household finances and planning
- Make your own copies for your own use (for example, one per year)
You may not:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the file or its contents
- Give away your download to others, or post it publicly
- Repackage or sell a competing template based on our work
- Claim the original design or formulas as your own
4. Delivery
Files are delivered instantly as a digital download via Etsy or Gumroad after checkout. If you ever have trouble accessing your file, email hello@sageandsum.com and we'll make sure you get it.
5. Free tools
Our free calculators are provided for your convenience and run entirely in your browser. They offer general estimates and educational guidance — not financial, tax, or investment advice. Always use your own judgement and, where appropriate, a qualified professional.
6. "As is" & liability
Our templates and tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, and in all cases our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
7. Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, please read our Refund Policy before buying.
